Your Little Dreamer used to be a blank and unused domain, bought on an impulse. That was before Jennifer came up with the idea of opening up her web and graphic design site again. You see, she used to design all the time! But things change and so do people. People start to like different things, like Jennifer did. After a few long months of ignorance to the problem, Jennifer closed her old web and graphic site, Rain Fall. Sine she closed that, she hasn’t really designed. In recent days, she has wanted to get back into it.
Jennifer started web designing in 2007 and has progressed her skills a lot since then. She still sees herself at the beginner level of design. It was because of this, that she put away her designing sites. She still doesn’t believe that her skills will ever get as great as that of others, but she enjoys designing regardless and would like to continue.
History
In 2006, Jennifer started out with web designing through Quizilla who, at the time, allowed customizing profile homepages. You could use HTML to your hearts content! You could design it all to your desire. After Quizilla changed in late 2006, she moved to her very first website, Crystallized-Layouts.
Crystallized-Layouts was officially closed on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2007 at 9:55pm. It was a big move for Jennifer. SHe had adored Crystallized-Layouts but she was ready to learn PHP, FTP, and more! These were all things that Freewebs didn’t allow on a free account. Jennifer had no choice but to move on.
With this change, came a new name and a new website. Rain Fall opened on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008 at 9:55pm. It finally closed in mid June 2010 after being inactive for months. Jennifer kept saying she was going to work on it, but then never did. So she chose to close it for the time being. One day she may reopen it for another purpose, but who knows.
On Sunday, December 27th, 2009, Jennifer started work on Your Little Dreamer. She hoped this would get her back into the web designing spirit. She also spoke to a friend, Nikki to see if she would be interested in running the website with her. Nikki agree and they started the website together.
Nikki ended up getting to be busy all the time and she was unable to work on the site with Jennifer. When this happened, Jennifer left the site to sit off to the side, leaving it unused.
On Friday, November 19th, 2010, Jennifer decided to start work on the site again. This time though, she would be doing it again. The site was finished really, it just needed some content added and some updating. She worked hard on the site and it happily opened back up on Wednesday, December 1st, 2010.
